Here's how it works:
|
| Glenarm IL T1 Pricing and Glenarm IL DS3 Pricing is experiencing an evolution that will benefit users of broadband services by making them more affordable for small business users. Over the last several years we have seen a boom and bust in Telecommunications that will be studied for many years. The government came into Telecom and made the Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILEC's) open their doors and allow competitors access to their buildings and networks. This action spawned a tremendous boom of new companies that were created to take advantage of the newly opened markets from the 1996 legislation. The new companies proceeded to build out broadband networks with the mantra if "we build it they come." Money flowed into the sector like water. I remember hearing some executives joking that they could raise 20 million dollars on an impromptu afternoon conference call. The Telecom Equipment Providers (Lucent, Cisco, Nortel, Adtran, Alcatel) were just as responsible. They gave lines of credit to Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC's) and, quite frankly, anybody with a half a business plan so they could get their equipment in the network. The Telecom Service providers stepped up to the plate and built capacity that far exceeded the current demand. When the Telecom bubble burst because revenue and profit were left out of many business plans many companies went bankrupt. This left a tremendous amount of excess capacity that has exhibited downward pressure on broadband pricing. Glenarm IL Dedicated T1 Pricing has continued to decrease because of the increased supply of DS1, DS3, OC3, OC12 and OC48 systems that had been provisioned by the ILEC's and CLEC's. This has made Glenarm IL Dedicated T1 and even Glenarm IL DS3 Pricing affordable for many small businesses. The advent of Fractional T1 service became another affordable option. Also, Frame Relay became a very attractive service because it it typically not priced by distance from Central Office CO. In the not too distant past, a Dedicated T1 was priced over $1,500/month. Because the excess broadband network capacity, today quality Glenarm IL Dedicated T1 Service is commonly priced for $500 or less per month. In many instances, a business with 6 or more lines and internet access can save money every month by upgrading to a Glenarm IL Dedicated T1 or a Glenarm IL Fractional T1 circuit.
